Climbing Hangboard Training with Jugs, Slopes, and Edges as Door Mounted Station

This multi-functional rock climbing hangboard/fingerboard is made of natural wood, with each hang board having a different natural texture and appearance. The design includes outer jugs, slopes with 2 different angles, 2/3/4 finger pockets with 4 different depths, and edges that are meant to strengthen your grip and simulate various holds. The training board is suitable for both beginners and advanced climbers, and can be used for exercises such as dead, bent-arm, offset hangs, standard, offset, one-arm pull-up, L-hang, and front lever.

The hangboard is CNC milled from a single solid wood block, ensuring its strength and durability. It is also made from natural wood without any burrs or sharp edges, making it gentle on the skin. The surfaces of the pockets, jugs, slopes, and pinches are all polished with fillet edges (R5), allowing for long-term hanging without causing any pain to the fingers.

Installation is easy and can be done on a doorway, with mounting hardware including 7 screws (4 PCS of M470mm and 3 PCS of M450mm) and 7 expansion tubes. For walls without studs, it is recommended to use a backboard (not included) to mount the rock climbing hangboard, allowing for exercise anywhere.
